Things went great until the job was supposedly complete, and we had to withhold final payment until unfinished, or improperly done items were completed. After approx. 1 year the decking developed a severe crack, at which time Johnson was informed. They sent a " technician" who we later discovered, smeared a concrete mixture over the crack and called it fixed. Later it of course re appeared. Johnson was contacted again, at which time they informed me that the warrenty was now expired, but would be more than happy to give me an estimate for them to repair it for me! Several thousand dollars was paid for the purchase and installation of a turbo slide. We cannot even use it now due to inproper installation. Shoddy concrete work on our decking! On top of all of this, the lady who answers the phone, and screens the good from the bad calls for the owner, is exceptionally rude, and smart a**. My overall experience has been the worst. After spending over 60,000.00 on my pool, I should have something to be proud of. Instead, I am embarrased for anyone to see my pool!
