This is like a side job for him. I had an issue years ago with my old air conditioning unit, and he came out here that evening after he got off work from his regular job and helped with the unit. His service is prompt.

I called Jimmy Counts Svc. late in the morning. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The repair crew (3) arrived within a reasonable time.that same afternoon. After a brief question and answer period the crew began work. While two of the crew was replacing the coolant the crew supervisor took the information for replacing the air conditioning and heating unit. In a short time the air conditioner was back working correctly. An itemized receipt was giving along with a promise to call shortly with the estimate for replacing the entire unit. The supervisor called in less than an hour with a reasonable estimate on replacing the entire unit. Overall I was very please with Jimmy Counts Service.
