The installer did not remove base-boards prior to or during the lay down of the new linoleum. Rather than trying to slide the flooring under the base-boards (which could have easily been done) he trimmed the flooring so that all he had to do was drop it in place. This is only a 5' x 5' area that needed new linoleum yet I wound up paying for work that was undervalued at best. For a nationwide company to allow their name to be associated with the type of work that was performed is reprehensible. I used Floors Unlimited to do some carpet installation as well and the workers actually had to ask me how to do their work! If I knew how to do it I would not have spent hundreds of dollars on the services that I did. Should I ever need flooring services again I may have to spend more but I will not pay for shoddy workmanship ever again.
