Broke the windshield of a brand new car being washed for the first time. No management on site. The management (and, later the owner) denied having broken the glass, even though there is no way for someone that wasn't there to deny it.

The oild changes was speedy and the car was "free" with the oil change but they did a great job at hand drying the vehicle.
