I bought a set of four new tires. It took 15 minutes to make the purchase the man couldnt seem to understand that i wanted a specific tire and that i didnt want any extras. He was very pushy and kept trying to include extra stuff. Finally after purchasing the tires they told me it would be an hour until i would be leaving. Two and a half hours later i finally got to leave.

I purchased my tired a couple years ago. With the warranty I get free rotation and balancing whenever its needed! I can go in on my schedule without an appointment. Sometimes it is really busy and I have to wait a while, but other times it goes really fast. They are always very friendly and professional.

went ok they was not real pleased with them not knowing more about my tire pattern. they put wrong tires on my car at first but they corrected it the same day. but I don't want to keep any one from going there ive used them for years and will continues going to discount. they had a bad day and it happens.

Excellent service. In and out fast. We actually purchased 2 tires from Conroe three weeks prior to this and went in to replace the other two. Upon inspection, we found out that the Conroe discount tire put the wrong tires on! After a few phone calls, the manager assured us that he would fix it and replaced the two wrong tires. He didn't have to, he could've sent us back to Conroe, but he did us right.
