COOK'S SAW SHOP

Cooks Saw Shop is everything I could want and more. The sales staff don't pressure you and give reliable information on any of their products. The shop / repair folks are very reasonable and I found that they fixed my items in a timely and professional manor. Never over charged...

Employees were knowledgeable, courteous, provided information and suggestions on new equipment.  Repair services were provided as requested, and additional services provided. (example: the performance problems I had with the equipment were corrected, new parts installed as necessary, and all adjustments to address my problems were performed.  In addition, they performed oil changes, lubrication, and general cleaning at no additional charge).  I thought the 3+ weeks to complete the job was excessive, and feel that they give priority to their commercial customers at the expense of their homeowner customers.  This shop is less than 2 miles from my home, they work on any brand of equipment, for a nominal fee they pick up and deliver, and the results are commendable; so, yes, I will continue to patronize Cook's, and recommend their service department.  If a person can afford to wait, this is a good place to go for lawn equipment service.  They also sell and stock a variety of power equipment under several brand names.
