First time I used them a couple of years ago it was fine...He fixed my dishwasher.
Second time he was to install my new over the range microwave and my new kitchen stove.
He set up appointment for next morning -said would definitely be there before noon......did not show at all that day.
Did not even have the courtesy to call and give an excuse or say when he would be here.
I called back next day and left a message on their machine to see when they would come and they never called me back.
He is NOT dependable. Very discourteous!
