After a year of trying our flat roof still leaks. We ended up calling other roofers who said he just didn’t install it correctly and they’re going to have to tear it all out and redo it.

I have called them several times to have this corrected. The first time I called them they did come out and patched the roof, but it didn't resolve the issue. Ever since then, when I call them, all I get is an answering machine. The work supposedly had a five year warranty but they are refusing to honor that for me. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone.

The first time it rained I had a new leak in the sun room. He was out of town and did not have cell phone service but as soon as he got the message he came right out and resealed it . The next time it rained, it still leaked. It ruined my ceiling tile and insulation in half the room. I did not replace those things for months because when it rained, the roof leaked somewhere else. One time he told me that he was losing business because his truck was seen at my house so much. After I got upset and turned him over to my son in law and daughter, he put an other type of coating on it. By this time I have several coats of stuff on the roof. We had a strong windstorm and leaves and limbs were blown on to the roof. Bob said he would clean it off for me because I had so much trouble with the roof. After I called him at least six times asking when he was going to take care of it and finish the roof. He finally came out, swept the roof off, leaving the things in my yard instead of putting them in the trash can. My daughter got on a ladder to clean the gutters and saw the condition of the roof. It is part white part black with leaves sticking initial all over the roof. I have called him but he has not responded other than to say he will "look at it when he has the time". His work is suppose to be guaranteed but I am not satisfied with his work. I use to take my dog to his wife to be groomed but I am afraid to anymore, because I don't know if he would do something to her just for spite.

All Seasons Roofing showed up as per arranged schedule and finished as scheduled. Area around our house was kept clean and all old roofing material was loaded on trailers and removed from our property daily. Their workmanship and ease of talking to is above average. We will use them again.

It works so far to date.
BUT: I had to open up the wall in back of the shower/tub to get to the plumbing. He tore out all the copper pipe (and took it with him) and installed plastic pipe and fittings. The valve is fine, as it is screwed in to a 2x4. The spigot hangs from the valve and is wobbly and the shower head is not to be believed. There is 4' of plastic tubing run up the wall from the valve with an elbow on the top for the shower head to attach. The pipe is not secured at all. It is freestanding inside the wall and as a result the shower head is just hanging there and will wobble back and forth a good 8 inches or more from side to side.
He did our hall bathroom some months ago and he did that right. The spigot and the shower head are rock solid. I can only surmise that he does not care about his work any longer.

This is a follow-up to my previous glowing recommendation of Bob Bowman. We had two cabinet doors made (not by Bob) and gave them to him to paint and mount. It would also require small changes to the trim on the cabinet where the doors will go.
About May 3rd, 2013, Bob picked up the doors and took them home with him to paint. Sometime around the 1st of June I started calling and leaving voice messages. He would never answer the phone. Nothing but voice mail. And NEVER a return call. I called him two or three times in the next couple of weeks. NEVER a return call.
On June 13th I called and again was dumped to voice mail. I left a message just like all the previous times: "this is so-and-so
my phone # is such-and-such, please call me...."
About 15 minutes later I called him again. This time from a cell phone. He picked up on the first ring. I asked him when he was going to install my doors. He asked who this was. I told him and he said he would be by tomorrow (Friday the 14th). Tomorrow came and went and no Bob.
Called and left a message Monday morning (the 17th). And Tuesday morning. And Wednesday morning. And Thursday morning. And Friday morning. And on the following Monday morning (the 24th). And Tuesday morning. And on Wednesday morning (today) I called but didn't leave a message. I then called on my cell phone and he answered on the first ring (he evidently didn't recognize the # as being mine). In response to 'when am going to get my doors' he replied that he had just been so busy......... I told him I would just pick them up. He said come by after he got home about 4:30 or 5:00.
I picked them up about 4:45 this afternoon. He wasn't home. The doors were still tacky. Obviously he painted them THIS MORNING after I told him I would pick them up. Plus, they were painted with a brush, not spray painted like the rest of the kitchen cabinets, doors, drawers. AND IT WAS THE WRONG SHADE OF WHITE - STUCK OUT LIKE A SORE THUMB.
Obviously he doesn't want to do any more work for me. I have paid him $11,455.00 for work done from October, 2012 to date. I consider his work excellent (although his tile setting and plumbing leaves something to be desired), and his prices fair. He is,
however, not to be relied on. There were times he would leave for lunch ("I'll be back in an hour.:) and he would not be seen for several days or a week. And never a call.
It got to the point that when he left for the day I would ask "WHEN will you be back?" Whether he said tomorrow or day after tomorrow, it was always a surprise when he did show up as promised.
He has never had to wait for payment. I thought I was a good customer. Now I don't know. I thought we had a good relationship, but now I don't know. For this and the fact that he NEVER returns phone calls or emails, to quote the people on Shark Tank, 'I'M OUT'.
Never again, even if I have to pay twice the price, will I use Bob Bowman. Anyone that won't at least return a phone call is not worth dealing with. It is not only poor business practice, it is downright RUDE.
He removed the old tub from our master bath, installed new plumbing for the tub and shower, using PVC - he took all the copper home with him. The shower head has about 8 inches of play side to side. The tub spout has play in it. I have had to remove sheet rock from the other side of the wall (fortunately it is in a closet) only to discover that everything is just hanging there free. There is about 4' of plastic pipe coming off the valve to an elbow at the top where the shower head connects. NO CLAMPS ON IT TO KEEP IT FROM MOVING AROUND. I know he knows better because he did our hall bath a few months ago and all the plumbing is tight there.

Bob painted a large guest bedroom and bathroom for me, and did some sheetrock repairs in those rooms. He referred me to Angie's List for reviews of his work. He had been referred by a satisfied customer so I didn't look at the List but previous reviews are as he said. In fairness to Bob, he was pleasant, got right to the job, and worked fast. Upon completion he wanted to wait a few days for the paint to cure before I paid him so he could make sure the job was ok. Til that point all was well. He had a helper who painted the bathroom. When Bob came back to check the paint, I showed him that the old paint was showing through pretty much all over the bathroom. It looked like either too little paint was used on the roller or the wrong paint type was used over what had been a semi-glossy paint. He said it was because there was soap or shampoo or such in places on the wall. He went to work, not staying long but he works fast so I didn't think anything of that at the time. I wrote him out the check for the agreed on amount. I made the mistake of not looking at the job with him before he left. After a couple of days I began to notice that for the most part the problem was not fixed. He had repainted only a couple of small places. It still was not an acceptable job. I called Bob and he didn't know who I was (this was about 3 weeks after he did the job). After going over where I lived and what he did for me a few times, he finally understood who I was. He said of course he wanted me to be satisfied and he would come make it right. I told him I was very willing to buy more paint. He agreed to come the week of New Year's, after New Year's Day. I have not seen or heard from Bob and my bathroom still needs another coat of paint plus some areas where a brush was used to cut in around trim in the bedroom show a need for touch up. At the original visit we had discussed that the color chosen can sometimes necessitate a need for a second coat. I chose a khaki color to go over an off-white. I would prefer to have paid a little more once it was realized that a second coat or at least more paint was needed, to being ignored or forgotten.

The overall experience was excellent. He does a lot of different things besides roofing. He is as reasonably priced as anybody. I would use this provider again.
