Furniture - Sales
we have used dixon off and on for a few years. they are polite and try to be helpful.
we went into the store and the sales man helped us through our search for a piece of furniture. my wife is disabled and has trouble getting around. the saleman helped us pick out a piece that was functional for my wife and told us the others he would not recommend due to her disabilities.
with his help we found a piece my wife loved and in just a few minutes we had made our purchase and were on our way.
they promised deliver the next day and even offered to haul off the junky piece we were replacing
very good customer serice.
we left with a good feeling...almost like family visits
