"This customer is making a false statement on Mr. Belly. when Mr Belly arrived at his residence, Mr Belly asked him if he had worked on the issue he stated no. after further investigation it was realized that he did work on it. Mr.. [Consumer Name Removed] made a false diagnosis thinking that there was no voltage. But do to the improper wiring done by Mr. [Consumer Name Removed], it took Mr. Belly a complete hour trying to figure out what was done. That was when Mr. [Consumer Name Removed] admitted to working on it. He then said that he was going to get the part. Mr. Belly simply followed him to make sure he was to get the right part. which after arriving to to get the part. it was proven that Mr. [Consumer Name Removed] was asking for Mr. Belly's assistance to make sure it was what was needed. the job in complete took 5 hours. if added the time taken to get the parts and taxes and fees that all needs to be paid. Mr. Belly is a very fair gentleman. H tries his best to inform the customer on all that needs to b e done and what would be needed. Gives a fair price in all that needs to be done. Past customers have said he is the cheapest in town. Mr. [Consumer Name Removed] was not truthful from the beginning. If he was things could have went a lot smoother then anticipated. Mr. Belly has contacted Mr. [Consumer Name Removed] with a full refund. No answer yet."
