It was very good. From the past they have fixed stuff and been very honest about when you need stuff done. When others tell you, you need brakes done they will say no you have this much left.
1. 1998 Toyota Avalon - Timing belt, water pump and associated pulleys, tensioners etc. - I call 3 or 4 mechanics listed on Angie's list. Prices ranged from approx. $700 to $1,300. Williams' price was ~$200 below any other. Perfectly satisfied.
2. 1998 Toyota Avalon - Power steering leak - I found a large quantity of power steering fluid under the car. I took 3 days before they had an opening. This was not a problem as we had a spare vehicle. They found a leaking power steering hose. Williams called me with their findings and how much it would cost to repair. Repaired same day for ~$250. Perfectly satisfied.
3. 2004 Hyundai Elantra - Daughter was visiting from out of state and complained the vehicle was running rough when she would stop at light. I took it in to have it checked out and to make sure the car was ready for her trip home. I also wanted the braked inspected as I noticed at times a rough abrasive noise while stopping. It still took a couple of days to get scheduled. Williams called me with their findings. Brakes in like new condition. Noise probably from rust caused by all the rain we have received recently. Engine ran well no problems. They attributed the rough idle to running the A/C on a small engine can bog it down. There was no charge for all their work. I was very surprised. More than satisfied.
