We were told the house would be cleaned and fixed up before move-in but it wasn't. A tick was found crawling on the carpet, and the more the carpet was cleaned, the more it stunk of pet odor and urine. Wayne let us know that the carpet wasn't going to be replaced and was very hard to deal with. We had to pay about $2,000 to get the h*** out of the contract and a house that we never even moved into. The entire experience was a nightmare.

I was shocked by the tenant treatment of Wayne Backus who was rude and condescending while we were trying to just get out electric outlets functional. His assistant, Crystal Delgado, was very helpful and supportive but under his rule for any decisions.

Wilda Wisdom is an excellent realtor.  She's a realtor with Westmark Realtors.  We are actually the buyers and she's just showing us houses.  No matter when we call her or ask her, she finds a way to get it arranged for us to go and look at another house to buy.  I don't have anything to say about the price because we won't even be responsible for her price until we buy a house.
