Business started in 1957 in Lubbock. Local owned and operated. Open Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm. We come to your home or drop off are welcome at store location. We service major appliances and sell parts to the Do It Yourself repair person.

Install went well. There were a few glitches. Like having to go get a new inlet hose and an adapter for expedience from a local vendor. IE; Sutherland Lumber and then going back twice to get the right size. All in all we have been using Tower for over 30 years. We find them courteous, experienced and reasonable.

Placed service call, serviceman came out that day at time stated. Repalced entire ice maker, had part in truck and instaleed it within several minutes. He was very pleasant and efficient.
