Rip off company Did not repair correctly and refuses to fix it The owner Trent Donahue hides from calls and the workers are untrained

Arrived on time, called ahead, put together the components husband had
taken apart and then explained all that probably needed to be done was
to pull off the drain (which had to be accessed from the bottom of the
dishwasher) and clean out the g*** that was most likely there. He
couldn't access that part of the dishwasher as it would he would have
to take out the tile that had been installed in front of the dishwasher
or it might make their company liable for replacing all the tile if one
is cracked in the process(.........completely understandable).
He
provided some education on how to prevent this problem in the future,
quite polite and professional. Said he would just charge for the
service call and not for putting the parts back together that my husband
had taken out (per the instruction on Sears Help Online site). He said
that husband was making this problem bigger than it really was.

Our washer quit draining leaving it full of water. The tech was right on time. He was able to remove the water and and find the problem with 15 minutes. Repairing the lid switch, which had apparently broke when my child was letting the lid fall instead of closing it all the way. We were extremely please with the whole experience. Thank you Mike

Michael was excellent! He quickly diagnosed a common (and potentially expensive) problem with my LG washer. He ordered the part, scheduled the follow up for installation and handled the repair for a single, low price. He arrived on time both times, calling ahead before arriving. All in all, a very positive experience!
