Description of Work: This is a computer repair company. I tok my laptop to them as it was having trouble connecting to the internet. I also told them I had recently downloaded an anti-virus program called Vipre. They kept it for 2 weeks and told me it was not repairable. This raised some red flags, they didn't say " come get it." So I did go in and pick it up. Just on a whim I disabled Vipre's firewall, and guess what! My laptop was as good as new. I removed the program and all was good. So, either these people are " completely " incompetent, or they are dishonest. Was the motive to keep my laptop and sell it? Oh, they did try to sell me a new laptop. What a surprise. If you are in Lubbock, Texas, stay AWAY from this place.Also, I did return in order to show them the only problem was the anti virus program and asked for a refund. They charged me $ 50.00 to " look at it." It was not easy, but the owner had to admit defeat and gave me a refund.

 + -1 moreI brought in my computer that was not working on July 11th. They said it was still under warranty and they could fix it for free. They said they would back up my data and have it working in 3 days. After several delays and problems and almost never returning my calls, I got my computer back on August 26th, completely blank with all my files, programs and pictures gone. I was charged 88 dollars. There is no excuse for such poor customer service and downright lies from such a shabby company as this. I would recommend you go elsewhere.
