I brought in my computer that was not working on July 11th.  They said it was still under warranty and they could fix it for free.  They said they would back up my data and have it working in 3 days.  After several delays and problems and almost never returning my calls, I got my computer back on August 26th, completely blank with all my files, programs and pictures gone.  I was charged 88 dollars.  There is no excuse for such poor customer service and downright lies from such a shabby company as this.  I would recommend you go elsewhere.
