It went well, although this was the second time to try to fix it. The first time, a representative came out and replaced my modem but my speed did not improve. This time, I used the chat window and the agent reset the modem remotely and it was greatly improved.

I was forced to call in a personal favor, having contacts in the local Suddenlink administration.  My friend was able to schedule someone to come out after he got off work.  The gentleman fixed the problem... which turned out NOT to be in my home at all.  The initial area problem wasn't properly fixed and somehow the Suddenlink computers didn't detect my outage.  Furious with Suddenlink, but grateful to friends and hard-working tech crews.

I called technical support, they did something by remote on their end, and the problem was solved. Took about two minutes. This was a quick fix, but in times past, I have found that SL has taken whatever time was required to resolve the problem, including helping me with hardware and software that was not from SL. They have never told me they couldn't help me with an issue because it wasn't their equipment.

TiVo in bedroom wasn't working and guest bedroom cable wasn't working. Sceduled for repair within a few days of calling. Came exactly when they said they would. Very professional and helpful.

The technician was very patient which is great because I'm not so good with electronics. She re-started it on her end.and then walked me through how to re-start it from my end. Success!!

I have Moved Since then, would Love to have them again, But their service does not extend past the City Limits Of Lubbock.
If they would simple combine WiFi with the company and Cover the outer areas of the Lubbock County area, that would be great.
There is nothing else i can access besides Hughes Net . Which is Capped in use and Fails anytime Michigan has a rain cloud.
I am On Clear Wifi Now, but it has terrible ever since SPRINT Bought it.
And Land Line Internet is not an option, all it ever did was Buzz loudly.

I will use them again in the future.

They are a national cable company. They only problem I had was that I got their cable box which gave me a few extra channels that was working fine for quite a while and then for some reason either the television or box got messed up and I could not see anything. Everything I called and asked them something about it they would send someone out within a few hours. They would come on time.
