pool cleaners
 + -1 moreOnce we ordered our liner on 3/17/11, we were told it would be in in approximately 2 weeks then they would come install it for another $800.00. A month later, we still had not heard from them, so we began to call....and call....and call, no response. Went to their shop several times and they were closed. Finally, on 5/2/11, I caught them by surprise at the back door of their shop. Not only did they not order my liner, they wrote me a hot check as a refund. Once I threatened with filing charges against them with the District Attorney's office, they mriacously came up with the cash. Due to the problems we had, the pool company's headquarters sold the liner to us directly and it was only $825 with federal express shipping! This company was charging us a huge upcharge and never delivered!! I would highly recommend you use anyone EXCEPT this company!
Description of Work: We ordered a pool liner from South Plains Pool and Patio on 3/17/2011 -- the cost of the liner was $1921.50. They were to install the liner when it came in (approximately 2 weeks later) for an additional $800.
