He came on a Friday and gave a detailed description of the work he wanted to do and an estimate. And then he did the work and finished it by the following Tuesday. He said he was really busy these days, but he found a way to fit my small job into his schedule and I really appreciate his flexibility. My workshop has some irregularities and uneveness and so during installation he figured out solutions on the spot. The cost came in under the estimate and the shelves are working great. He was also very easy to talk to. I will definitely hire him again.

Contacted Mr. Neil after my wife had initially contacted him.  He called my wife the next day and set up an appointment to do the work.  The work was done in a very timely fashion and the results were excellent. from a cosmetic standpoint and in terms of structural integrity.

Seth was great - I totally trust him.  He was prompt, worked hard, professional.  Had a grout line crack and he was prompt to come and fix at no charge - guarantees his work.   I paid him by the hour as it all was being finished because another contractor wasn't as good...so not sure the final $$ tally...but worth it.  I'd hire him again in a second and trust his opinion!  I don't really remember the timeline either - but he was there as needed.  He saved a huge pain project!

The absolute best part of using this provider was that he came when he said he would come. He did what I asked and cleaned up any messes he might have made. He even had to pick up supplies and that wasn't easy. Working on an old house has draw-backs. I was pleased and would recommend him. I may use him again sometime.

It went well, Seth Neill is punctual, professional, and does a good job. After the job was complete, he presented me a copy of receipts for all the purchases he made for the job. He provides written estimates for his work.

My experience with him was fair. The painting was messy. He did an excellent job with the paneling. His price was very reasonable.

Mr. Neill did an outstanding job. He came to the residence on the appointed day for an estimate, and was able to confirm this particular effort was of interest to him. Seth was courteous and went into great detail as to how he would accomplish all of the work we were thinking about. While the work was being performed, he was efficient, and worked at a steady pace. As each day wrapped up, he cleaned the area, leaving nothing for us to do other than admire his craftsmanship.

All painting and carpentry work was at a high quality level, and he is certainly on our list of preferred contractors in the future. You can't go wrong with Mr. Neill.

Professional, personable, trustworthy - I'd hire him again! Has been back to fix a crack in the mortar and responded quickly and efficiently - he does good work and works hard. The cost of service is very approximate - it was a couple years ago and I paid and quot;by the joband quot; - which wound up being added on to here and there.

I've used him a lot over the last two or three years and Seth does good work at reasonable prices. He doesn't do electrical and really doesn't like to do masonry although he would, but general carpentry is basically what he does.
