From the first contact I had with SCR their professionalism was apparent. They answered the phone quickly and were very helpful as I was trying to identify how to address this temporary situation. We are going through a major remodel of an investment property and how to our dismay on our recent visit we found the GC had not been maintaining the yards. We arrived to 2 feet plus tall weeds that covered the ENTIRE front, back and side lawns. I needed service asap. The woman that answered the phone (Stacia) was very helpful and understood my need for quick service despite us going into the holiday week/weekend. I called at the end of the business day. She asked if she could send her crew over to the property to assess the situation in order for her to provide me with an accurate quote for service. And as promised, she called first thing the next morning with the quote. We had the crew there the next day to perform the mowing/weed cut back. At the end of that day, I received a call from the field technician (Chad) updating me on the progress and let me know that he would be holding back on spraying weed killer due to the pending rain. I was very pleased that this company understands the value of communication, especially with out-of-town customers.
I will be inspecting the property later this week. Just based on my interaction with SCR so far, I am confident that if I am not pleased with the service, they will make it right.
We have now committed to weekly service by SCR.
