Rusty's Bug Stop

Absolutely the worst choice I made in pest control. !!!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Got all of the bells and whistles that their "apprentice" Braden offered, adding on while he was at my residence. Most of these, as I was lied to about in the end, were supposed to last at least a year's time. When I noticed insects that were supposed to be under this coverage, I was also coming up on a regular spraying so, I called. I spoke with a lady, began to explain what was told to me, and she responded with this, "We don't guarantee anything because of weather." Sooooooo why would you have employees out here representing your company with falsifying information?? It was not as though this was a typical $60.00 service, I paid an additional $100.00 + under false pretense, and have never felt so ripped off. The only resolution she offered me was to pay the entirety of the services again, because of this I filed a complaint with my financial institution. Not surprisingly, Rusty's responded to the bank with lies yet again. They claimed that I was offered a remedy (that was not mentioned on the phone), and that all of the terms were explained to me when I got my services. LIESSS!!!! If that was the truth, I never would have gotten my financial institution involved in the process. I was never trying to take advantage of the company, but just receive the services that I was actually promised. I am also in the process of getting the BBB involved as well. Don't fall victim like me. Don't waste your time. Find a more reputable, customer appreciated, and HONEST company!

He arrived on schedule. He explained the charges, performed the services, was friendly. We talked about a particular bug which I had seen in the yard. He was knowledgeable and talked to me about the critter. I also asked some advice about mice and he had some suggestions for me about how to treat them if mice become a problem. I prefer doing business with local businesses, especially smaller or family businesses, rather than larger chain businesses. I will use this company again.

He's prompt and reliable and does a great job. He definitely gets an A grade and I would recommend him.

The work overall was very good.

They are all about the same. We just pay them $49.95 and they come out and spray around the house and in the house. There are so many different ones that we just call around and whoever is available comes out.

Rusty's was an great experience overall. Will recommend to friends and family and will uses them again.

Rusty's wife Tondra has come out twice to our place to spray and combat those pesky little black ants. She's very kind and knowledgeable. I like the fact they came out the same day I called, right before a holiday weekend. They are reliable and reasonable, I'd recommend them to anyone!

I called Rusty the week before and he was very responsive. He explained he was headed out of town, but told me an exact date and time he would be coming by the following week. He showed up five minutes early and sprayed our entire front yard, back yard, the sides, and the alley. He explained everything he was doing. He did a fantastic job.

Everything went well when we used Rusty's. They got us in really quick and the technician that came to our home was very nice and professional. They got the job done and were out in no time. Very good experience.

I left him a voicemail on his phone on a thursday and he retuned my call the same day. We then scheduled a time to spray. After that he came by at the appointed time and sprayed inside and out for bugs. We have a dog and he managed to remain flea free all summer.
