Clifton Eade was super courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He spent an hour trying to clean my extremely clogged kitchen drain, discovering that the drain line was very likely damaged by large tree roots. He worked so h****** the clog that it almost ruined his cable, but he charged me nothing. He explained in detail all my options for further diagnosing and fixing the problem. I'd love to have hired him to do the additional work, but my pier-and-beam house has so little crawlspace, he doesn't have any skinny little workers who can fit under my house!

I had attempted with the help of a friend to redo my bathroom, replacing vanity, flooring and toilet. When old vanity was removed leaks occurred, old toilet had been cemented into floor and I figured I needed a professional to install new toilet. The drain and faucet also needed replacing in bathtub. Everything was accomplished within a timely and professional manner.

Our tub was clogged and I had to look for someone to fix the problem. I joined this website and began searching the reviews. I saw that Ricky's plumbing had lots of good reports so I gave them a shot. I called at 8:30 am and spoke to a receptionist. She took my name, number, address and problem. She told me Ricky would call back to set up an appointment. Within 30 min I received a phone call.

He asked for a time for them to come by and I advised them I just got off from work at 7 and he completely understood and scheduled for a time in the afternoon. Time enough to sleep.

They came by and started working right away. Their and quot;snakeand quot; machine blew out as they began and he explained to me that another was on its way. Within 5 min another machine arrived and they started again. They unclogged the tub with no problem.

While they were here they were super nice and very professional. They will be my to go plumbers if I ever have any other future problems.

His work is good. I have used him for a long time.

They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They took care to not track dirt and mud through my house so I don't have any bad things to say about them. They provided a one-time, 30 day guarantee that states if what they fix does not work they will come back out and repair it again. They were on time and I will use them again in the future.

Our toilet was loose and I thought it just needed to be tightened, which we could not do ourselves. However, after removing the toilet, Mr. Eade noticed that when the house was built, the builder and quot;built upand quot; the cement the toilet was sitting on, which caused the toilet to be unstable when sat on. He gave me a couple of options I could work with, which I appreciated. We went with the cheaper option, which he felt assured would work just fine. He and his son were very professional and informative and kept me updated as they did things. They had to leave for a while to pick up the parts and then returned.

The one thing I should've asked in advance was if I was paying by the hour or by the job.
