They did an awesome job on my dogs.!! Resa was very friendly and informative. You can see the girls grooming the dogs and they seem to really care about the dogs and they were loving on them . Won't go anywhere else I can see why they are voted Best of Lubbock and Best-of the West every year .

It was very good. I will definantly keep useing Resas again for all my dog grooming needs. My poodle loves Melissa Barbee she's the only one I will let take care of him

Was a tense experience for beginning to end.. needed appointment with a veterinarian and they did not say one was not on staff.. trainee type style on poodle.. horrible look... overpriced

I have a pomeranian/keeshond mix - about 20 pounds - he's fluffy with 3 coats of fur. As a senior dog, he's not a huge fan of the experience, but they are considerate and he always comes back looking a ton better. A little pricey - but have had him there a couple times and they do good work plus it's always packed. Seems like business is brisk!

They provide the best service. The price is really good. They are on time and really good with the dogs. The dogs are comfortable with them. They look beautiful when they are done.
