Raymonds Appliance Repair

Raymond answered our call and came to our home almost immediately. He worked fast and efficiently and was very straightforward in his manner. We were very pleased with his work and felt confident that he knew what he was doing. I have never used Angie's List before but this experience was most encouraging!!

Raymond made an appointment by the next day. As usual, he was prompt. He quickly diagnosed the problem and re-attached the part. I was not charged for any parts because the repair was minor. He made sure that I would monitor the spinner function over the next several to cycles to ensure the problem was completely fixed. As it turned out, it worked perfectly. He just charged me his usual very reasonable fee, $43.30. For that, I got a quick courteous repair with no problems. He remains my go-to man for appliance repair and installation.

He arrived on time, was courteous and professional. The news was not good, but he was honest and fair.

He quickly located the problem with my dryer and fixed it promptly. He was very nice and professional. I would definitely hire again!

The first time was in September, 2015  and the last time was about 2 months ago.

Appointment was set for 8AM Saturday.  Raymond arrived on time, identified the problem, replaced heating element and cleaned up after himself.  He was very professional and extremely personable.  It was a very pleasant interaction.  I will call him for all my appliance repairs going forward.

Showed up on time with help. Very nice and professional. Got the parts even faster than we expected, very fast. A+ all the way, would highly recommend.

Raymond fixed an ongoing leak in our frig that another company wasn't able to fix in two tries.  He was a little slow getting back to me to schedule the appointment but it was just before Thanksgiving when I called so I'm only taking off a little. After the leak was fixed he even recommended and performed some quick preventive maintenance we needed.  Once we established contact he did just what he said he would and was a pro all the way.

Raymond was great. He was friendly and took the door apart and fixed the bent piece of our dishwasher that we ran in to when the door was down. I was afraid I was going to have to buy a new one but he fixed it right up. He knows what he's doing and has been doing for a long time. Don't call anyone else!

I called Raymond on a Monday about a bad ice maker.  He had me text him a picture of the part numbers on the side of the refrigerator.  When he came by on Thursday he already had the part with him and it took him very little time to replace it.  He called me the next day to make sure it was making ice.  I would use him again.
