Rainbow Delivery Service

Not good.

Rainbow has been a lifesaver for me since I've been without a car. The owner of Rainbow Delivery Service, Karen, goes above and beyond simply errands and deliveries. She's very conscientious and attentive to details, and she shows a genuine sense of caring and kindness. She arrives quickly, even if I call her with little advance notice. I've given her many rather involved errands -- like delivering my trapped feral cats to a vet for neutering and then returning them to me -- and she handles these with ease and competence. I even sent Rainbow/Karen on an errand to the city animal shelter to look for my lost cat. She prepared beforehand by getting a GPS for the shelter location and printing out kitty's photo. She called me from the shelter where she actually found my cat! Then she promptly picked me up, took me to the shelter, and waited while I did all the paperwork before bringing kitty home. She could have charged me an arm and a leg for this series of errands, but her fee was more than reasonable. She's not even a cat person herself -- but she has empathy and concern for things others care about. If you want someone you can trust with any errand, from the quick to the complicated, Rainbow/Karen can handle it. She makes life lighter and easier!
