It took a few days to get everything organized, but once the plan was in place the Poehl's and their team were fantastic! The whole project took 2 days (one day for prep/one day to complete)! They were fast and courteous. We have dogs in the home and they were very thoughtful to make sure they were not impacted while they were completing the work. They followed up with us after the project was completed and sent us a thank you card! Great customer service.

Very pleased with finished product. Quick to touch up where needed.

ProTech is one of the most profesional painting and drywall companies I have ever dealt with.  They were always here on time and took virtually no breaks, I couldn't believe how fast they finished.  They come with a large crew and someone is always prepping the next room in front of the painters so its a constant flow. All of the workers were very pleasent and very accomidating as to not disrupt the family. I look forward to having them come out and painting my staircase, basement and pool house pending some carpentry work.  If you want it done right the first time call Kim at ProTech!

On time for start, worked quickly, did excellent work, finished early, left every thing in order and clean, and came in on budget.  Highly professional, very courtesies, and highly recommended.  

There were several painters that came in so it wasn't just one or two painters. They were well organized. They moved furniture for us and cleaned up excellent. Everything was very, very good.

They were always on time and very clean about their work. They finished way ahead of schedule. It is a really good company to work with and I just call them if I had any issues and they would answer. I talked to a few other companies and got quotes from them; it was much higher than what Pro-Tech had quoted.

The owner, Dewayne, came out and gave me a very fair price and we agreed to start the work in 2-3 weeks to fit our schedule. His wife contacted me by email to get my paint choices and to confirm the start date.  Each day of the 4 day project, their employee,Juan, came to the house about 8:15 am.  He did most of the work, but on the last day, the owner helped him with the door replacement. Juan was a very good painter and was anxious to please.  In fact, he checked with us by phone on the second night to be sure my husband was happy with the work, since my husband was gone before Juan arrived in the mornings.
They did a great job, especially for the price. We have absolutely nothing but good things to say about the quality of the work! We felt confident enough to leave them alone to work on the bathroom and go to work.  We will definately be using them again.

The only dings we had were the response times, and the estimate was lower than the final price due to the additional work discussed with, but not remembered by the estimator.

Project went very well.  They worked around my schedule.  Work was amazing.  I work in construction so I get to see a lot of patch work.  This had to be the best I have seen.  The patchwork and painting looks so well that you can not tell that there ever was work done to it.  They made quick work to the door and ceiling and made the ceiling look just as well.  Was very happy with the work performed.  Will use them again in the future.

Everything was great. We received an detailed estimate of cost and time to completion. The job was done in the time frame and for the estimated cost. They even did a small extra job at no cost. Everyone was very professional and clean.We are super pleased with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone.Our house looks great.

Excellent work

I spent $3000 on that work.  They were affordable and their quality was good. 

I moved to Lubbock two years ago and bought a "fixer-upper". I had several contractors in to do work on various things, all of which were horrible to work with. Pro-tech was the first contractor/company that not only met our expectations, but exceeded them.

Not only were they always on time, they worked weekends, holidays and whatever days it took to complete the job on time.

The actual work they did was flawless. I literally did not have to get on them or badger them about anything. The owner (Kim) was there every day, checking with her guys and checking with us to make sure everything was going well.

I don't know who gave this company the other review, but they either have the wrong company, or they are part of the local competition that has stooped to some very low levels to bad-mouth a competitor. Here's how much I appreciate the work they did for me; If anyone out there has any questions about this company, feel free to contact me.

In fact, I would like the person who did the poor review on these people to contact me as well. I'd like to find out just exactly what work Pro Tech Painting did for them.

I would have rated Pro-Tech an "A" in everything, but felt I had to give at least one "B", just to make this review seem legit (Hey....who wouldn't want something cheaper, right?....but in all honesty, knowing what I know about Pro-Tech now...I'd have paid more), so if you have any questions, go ahead and call. Just to be clear. I don't know these people from Adam...they were recommended by neighbors to us, we aren't related, we don't do business together....nothing.

Angie's list should start to VERIFY people who are going to give reviews and if people want to trash someone's professional reputation, they should put their real name and real number down and answer the bell like an honest person would...not a crazy, little coward that doesn't know what they are talking about.
