The professionals at Precision did an amazing job for a fraction of the cost of area body shops! I got several bids for the body work and even when we ran into a couple of unexpected issues, they stuck to the bid. I really feel like we found a diamond in this shop! They are so good. We will turn to them for all our needs while the kids finish college at TT! Too bad they aren't in Atlanta?

They fixed them both at the same time while working with insurance on both claims. They collected a deductible on the city claim until insurance reimbursed it but everything went smoothly even when I couldn't keep it straight they did. Work performed on time with only a two day delay for parts before beginning. We would definitely used them again

This November I was involved in an auto accident. I had never been involved in one before and had no idea what to expect. Especially since it wasn't my fault. I also had no idea the hassle I was in store for when dealing with the Insurance and rental car companies. In fact the only positive experience I had in this entire ordeal was when I chose Precision Body Works in Lubbock, TX to repair my car. From day one, these guys were great. They picked me up at work, took me back to their shop, set me up with a rental car and went and got my wrecked car. A few weeks later, when my car was ready they called as said I could come pick it up. I told them that I had not yet received my check from the Insurance company and therefore could not pay them. They told me that this was not a problem and with my word and a handshake, let me take my car...who does that anymore?! A few days later they called to see how my car was and asked if there was anything else they could do for me. At this point I thought that was it. They did their job and I was pleased. But this isn't where my story ends. These guys went even further! A few weeks later I noticed that I had been charged over $400 by the rental car company, which the insurance company was supposed to have paid for. I was on the phone for days trying to find out why and how this had happened. I tried the rental car company, I tried the Insurance company and nothing. No help at all! I couldn't find anyone that had the answers I needed. So, I finally called Precision to see if they could tell me anything. Again, these guys went out of their way to help me. The woman I spoke with listened to my story and said she would look into it. A few hours later she called me back. She said that she had talked to both the insurance and rental car companies and was able to give me the exact information I had tried for days to get. Fast forward to the cold and snowy morning of December 24th, Christmas Eve. I go outside to start my car and when I get out and try to shut my door, the one they had replaced, it wouldn't shut! I was so mad, I didn't know what I was going to do. So, again I called Precision. They said that they'd be right over and take a look at it. They showed up less than 20 minutes later, were very friendly and fixed my door in a matter minutes, They also explained what had happened (apparently the "striker" was frozen) and how to fix it in case it froze again. Best of all they didn't charge me for the visit! In a time when customer service, trust, respect are things most companies know very little about it's nice to know that Precision is there. Based on my experience, I would definitely work with these guys again as well as recommend them to anyone who needed body work done.
