 + -1 moreOne year later, I have more leaks than I had with the 12 year old roof previously on the home. The leaks are extensive around the chimney and around every gable/dormer. It also leaks around a new AC/Heat exhaust they installed. A quick review on youtube of how to install flashing on chimneys and stucco, quickly revealed that the flashing was not installed correctly. Though the same crew came back out, they simply added more caulk where the flashing had already pulled free from the caulk, but did not remediate the improperly installed flashing around the gables or chimney. I still have significant leaking. The crew came out once. Upon additional phone calls to resolve the leaking, they simply do not call back. I have a complex roof, high pitched with six gables. My opinion is that if my roof's complexity and the chimney feature was outside the scope of their crew's skill level, they should not have bid or accepted the job.
