Called on Thursday afternoon with heating problems in our college son's house in Lubbock. Rusty arrived within 2 hours of placing the call. He diagnosed it quickly as a dirty flame sensor. Cleaned the sensor and was done quickly. He called me in Dallas to let me about the repair and that the cost associated would be just the service charge. Very appreciative of the prompt response and reasonable charge. Both the technician and the office personnel were very helpful and professional. Will definitely use them in the future.
He came in, and even brought in my paper from the driveway on initial contact, asked what the furnace was/wasn't doing and immediately knew how to repair. Very professional, friendly, I call them everytime for plumbing or furnace. Honest, key factor for me.
