  1. We have repeatedly attempted to get the service department to take of multiple issues that have been unresolved since our purchase.  The last time I contacted them by email to schedule an appointment however it took four weeks for the Owner and Service Department Manager Jerry Pharr to respond. 
  1. 1. HVAC ~ The thermostat does not work properly and often malfunctions.  The date of delivery the service person had to call the shop to find out how to make it work. 
  2. 2. The electric wench for the power cord does not work.
  3. 3. The refrigerator seals do not seal properly and upon purchasing additional they were found to be in worse condition than my original.  My plan is to return those and get a refund. 
  4. 4. The front jacks did not function properly and the battery was bad.  We have replaced the battery at our own expense. 
  5. 5. There has been a leak in the front bedroom HVAC.
  6. 6. There has been a leak in the main exhaust fan in the kitchen area.
  7. 7. We paid extra to have a washer and dryer installed.  The folks who installed it left all the trash in the closet found after delivery.  They also installed them in such a manner that the doors in front of the units will not close.
  8. 8. After taking delivery of the unit I had to remove the panel below in the storage bay to attach heater vent from the restroom to the heater.
  9. 9. The main HVAC unit often has the air conditioning and heater running at the same time. 

To date there has not been resolution in our outstanding matters.  We are full time RV people and work approximately 116 miles from their shop.  I feel confident that they may not have qualified technicians who can resolve our outstanding issues due to the fact that they were not able to do so when our work was in their same community. 
When confronted about our repairs and the issue of being out of town I was told by their staff that the RV had wheels and it was my problem in how to get the unit to them. 
The service after the sale is poor at best.  The initial orientation and walk through was given by a young man who was not familiar with our unit.  If the Big Horn was thoroughly checked out, as they stated, prior to our purchase I feel confident these issues might have been addressed.  Of course after seeing the experience and ability of their staff our problems most likely would remain unresolved.
