I had a quick response to my phone request for services, with service provided the following day. One area was missed so I called back to request completion. I had to call again but response was then prompt and service completed. The times I called, got voicemail and left a message, I received a call back the same day. Phone communication was pleasant as was working with Derek. Overall a good experience and we would use them again.

It helps to talk with several company representatives.
I had also discussed this with several friends who had had the same problem. Read information on the internet about the problem and the solutions.No one wants termites or the expense and problems involved.However, we feel that we had a good job done at a fair price.We did buy the warranty for the first year.Lynn H.

We have used Pestime for over 20 years at 3 different houses. They have always been thorough, fast, prompt and reasonably priced. The quality individuals doing the spraying have always been clean and courteous. VERY SATISFIED for decades!
