My son's car would not start. We had it towed to a repair facility in Lubbock and they said the repair would cost $1200.00 to replace two electric fuel pumps mounted in the fuel tank of his Lincoln LS. I decided against proceeding with their help and instead had the car towed back to the house where my student son was living. I then set out to find someone to provide a second opinion. Mark Pena was recommended by way of a business colleague of mine here in Ft Worth. I called and made arrangements to have the car towed to his facility in NW lubbock. He diagnosed and repaired the problem for $65.00. All that was needed was a fuel pump relay! Not the fanciest shop in Lubbock, and certainly not the most convenient., but  honesty  and competence abound here!  Since this first experience, we've used Penas for many repairs, including replacing engines in two different vehicles my son purchased as projects while a student at Tech.
