Michael was professional and hard working. In addition to repairing the gas leak, he found that my hot water heater was leaking and replaced it. He is very helpful and is considerate. I highly recommend him.

On a typical 100+ type day in West Texas, we tried the thermostat, and there was not response from the AC. On a recommendation from a friend, MD Plumbing was called, and a message left on his answering service.
Mike called back within a half hour and said that although he was quite busy, a total stoppage of AC could actually point to something rather easy to fix. To my surprise he said he would try to get over between calls and do a quick checkout. He arrived within 2 hours, did some tests and determined that a large fuse had blown which could have been the result of a recent thunder storm. He installed new fuses and the AC started up.
To my real surprise he said there would be no charge, but that it would be a good idea if he came back at a later time and did a more thorough test of our AC and heating system. I agreed since it had been years since our system had been looked at by a tech. My only caution to Mike was that we were leaving for two months on an extended vacation and would not be back till November. He said this was okay and to call and make an appointment on our return to Lubbock.
We're back and have made the promised appointment with MD Company Plumbing for a return visit.
Although we'll continue with this review, I thought our first experience with MD Plumbing worthy of putting on Angie's List.

MD Company Plumbing were wonderful. They are very good. Very conscientious, came early, stayed late, kept working till the job was done, and didn't take 3 hour lunch breaks like other contractors did. His prices were not cheap, but were very reasonable.

They were very professional. They told me the cost what it was going to be. They did what they said they were going to do. If needed, I would use them again in the future too.
