Had them come out and mow my grass with the basis of being weekly. They would come out when there was nothing to do and barely edge around and try to charge me $40 for it. When I inquired about why my neighbors, who were also using this company, were getting mowed biweekly, if not less frequently than that, I was told that only a “select few” can do that, and basically asked to go with someone else if I didn’t like that. I cancelled my services due to this owner being extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked them to send me the bill for the services rendered to which I never received. Almost a year later I get a text saying to pay my bill or be sent to collections. They had been sending a bill to an inaccurate email address, instead of checking that they put my email in correctly, or simply asking, assumptions were made and I was threatened. Extremely unprofessional and rude owner once again. I will say the boys that mowed were very kind and accommodating.

Went well. I hired them for my office and my home. Would recommend them highly!!!

The only downside is that a sapling oak near the locust got damaged in the process.

They have been a dream come true. We have searched for someone that could just take charge of everything regarding our yard, beds, bushes & trees.

They come every Wednesday. You have to make sure everything is in writing or when it comes around to work time they will say it's not in the plan. Other then that they show up and do a good job. They suck up the clippings which is good instead of blowing it in the street. He goes by how much yard he has to mow and then the added extras.

It went better than expected. Definitely a 5 star company! From start to clean up! I would highly recommend them!

I paid a fair price for the work done. Owner directly owns/operates his business with trustworthy personnel. Any modification requests to work done are taken seriously and implemented immediately. Owner really cares about the work performed and will have direct talks with customers regarding any concerns or questions regarding any work done. Owner is also the most knowledgeable landscaper I've met. He has extensive knowledge about the best times to plant/prune, what type of grass/trees/shrubs to plant where, and what water maintainence is optimal for keeping a yard green.

In a word, "Great." Tirey and crew were punctual, professional, and hard working. These young men have honesty, integrity, and a sincere desire to make you happy, and they want to do the best job because their name is going on their work. The original bid for my backyard job came in higher than my budget. Tirey worked with me to get the essentials done at a price that was fair all around. I needed some grass that would come up fairly quickly, but sod was out of the question. He took my needs into consideration, did a good amount of research, and came back with a solution that worked: a two-stage germination, rye-bermuda mix. Tirey was more than happy to take time to explain everything, more than once if need be, to make sure I was comfortable with the entire process. I would recommend McInnes Enterprises to anyone, and I will definitely use them for future work.

They cleared my lawn of leaves and mowed everything in under 30 minutes. They also fertilized my lawn and treated it for weeds. Every worker is friendly and professional. If you'd prefer your lawn landscaped in a certain way, they are willing to accommodate your preferences. They are also knowledgeable about tree pruning, bush trimming, and Christmas-light hanging.

The crew showed up when they said they would. Did an excellent job of mowing, edging and cleaning up afterwards. The crew were very careful to keep the gates shut so our pets would not sneak out. Very, very pleased!!

McInnes responded quickly and got someone over soon after. They looked at the job, quoted a reasonable price, and got it done. I ended up hiring them again a few days later.

Arrived on time with 3 man crew and worked for 1.5 hr. Cleanup was exceptional and they hauled everything away. Very pleased.

I had a meeting with Tirey from McInnes Enterprises in October to discuss the installation of outdoor Christmas lights. The Christmas lights were to be installed on the edge of the roof in the front and part way down the sides of my house.  The lights were installed while I was out of town and when I returned I tested them and it was great!  The lights are on a timer and when I am ready for the lights to be displayed (Thanksgiving night) I only have to plug the cord in.  McInnes did exactly what I wanted.  The initial cost of $441.66 is on the high side, but next years cost will be significantly lower and I am very pleased with the results.

They gave me a written estimate.  They came when they said, did the work, and were friendly and totally professional.  I had other estimates for the vast amount of work needed and they were both less expensive and indicated if I had any problems later with anything to give them a call.  One tree I wanted cut back but they advised against it because spores on it would very possibly kill it.  They suggested I wait until after a few good freezes when it would be safe for the tree.  Thus they suggested waiting for some of the work until it was safer for the tree.  They also indicated that they gets lots of work from Angie's list.  They offered a discount for future work as I was now a customer.

We are more than pleased with the outcome of our experience. I received an immediate response after the initial call. Someone came out and provided us with a bid on the job. We had an extended time schedule and needed to wait until our second home sold until we could have the job completed. Our contact person was completely understanding of our situation and was always prompt with a response to any questions I had. When we finally were ready, we were given a date, the crew showed up early in the morning and worked diligently for several hours to get the tree cut down. There was not damage to anything, including our pool, which was a huge concern for us. We also asked that they not close the pool cover, just in case something fell (we did not want to risk damaging the costly cover). After the tree was down, they cleaned up and hauled away all remnants of the tree, moved everything back to the places they found it (outdoor furniture), and even skimmed out the pool of the fallen debris. It was overall a fabulous experience!

I use Tirey and his crew to maintain and mow my yards at 3 townhomes.  They perform the work weekly and are always on time and if weather is an issue they are back out to the property just as soon as weather permits.  They are always professional and are will to do extra work and a fair price on a moments notice.  Highly recommend their services.
