 + -1 moreWork took over two weeks but delays for a build this time of year were expected, especially concrete. Work done was done well, clean-up after the work was BAD. Nails, cut-off, dirt & rocks were as if there was no ownership in cleaning up after themselves. Footing dirt wasn't totally removed. 15% contractor cost was added in to the two invoices.
Description of Work: Contracted to remove old patio, pour & finish new patio, join to house a patio cover and cover a 4'x8' area of sidewalk at front of house.
