MC WHORTER'S GOODYEAR

I have been using them since 1986 and this was the first time I was unhappy with their service. My history with them is for company vehicles and personal vehicles. I have never had to take a car back because the problem was not fixed the first time. For the last 12 yrs I have used the downtown location. I drop off my car before work and they take me to work and offer to pick me up after work. (I get a ride from work) For simple oil changes I can call ahead and get it done on my lunch hour with time to spare. They keep a complete history of work done on computer. This last time I ask for a transmission flush not remembering that I had it done 1 yr ago. They told me that it was clean and not degraded. I wish they had checked computer or checked quality before draining it. I should have also remembered that it was done last yr. I think their prices may be slightly higher than some other places but knowing that the problem will be fixed the first time is important. Having one problem with service in 26 yrs is a good record.

Great. They are incredibly fast and work hard to find good tire deals.

They are close to my house and I have been going to them for 12 years. They have always been good to me. They never tell me to do something I don't need. They rely on their community around here to bring their cars in so they have to keep up and they have.
