Everything was does perfect!

Any provider that cannot take the time to give a simple answer cannot be trusted to provide any level of service. Anyone who may have had any adequate service by this provider was simply lucky.

I have taken 3 cars to Mitch over the last 10 years or so. They have been in business a long time and have lots of experience. They are always very upfront and honest about what is wrong and whether or not a repair is even worth it. They're prices are very fair. Once, they tried to repair a something (I don't remember what it was) but whatever they replaced didn't fix the problem (I had to take it to the dealership). They didn't charge me for the work they did, however. I have no hesitation recommending this business.

They also do regular mechanics, they do not do just tires. They are the best people in town. I have used them for years. They are very fair and very knowledgeable. They do not gouge people. They have told me that something needed to be fixed and it was going to cost an x number of dollars, it is not going hurt anything if you decide not to have it fixed. I have had lights come on, they said that it was just the sensor and they would fix it, but it would be a waste of money. They are really fair that way. 

 

I thought the work would cost much more to solve the shimmy problem. Mitch gave me an estimate over the phone for possibilities. The estimate was much higher than the actual price. He was honest and didn'.t charge me for unnecessary repairs. The work was done quickly and well.

They are very honest. There advice helped very much with the areas on work that should be done and what to leave alone.

My daughter is a senior a Texas Tech and was having some engine trouble with her Jeep. Originally she went to a jeep dealership who gave her an estimate of over $2300 for repairs. We then went to Angie's List, found M and M Service Center and she drove there to get a second opinion. The owner talked with her, diagnosed the situation and basically said no repairs were needed, just needed fluids in her radiator and suggested using a higher grade of gasoline due to the year model of the jeep. Extremely honest, no charge at all.

We liked their service. They didn't charge me anything. They just looked at it and told me what was wrong but they couldn't fix it for me. They had to take the brakes apart and look at it. I had gotten somebody else to look at my brakes and they told me that I had to have them fixed. M and M Svc Ctr told me that they were wrong. They got me in and out and didn't charge me for looking at it.

You need to call M and M for an estimate on your vehicle. I used a few different websites to estimate how much the work should cost based on my car's age and miles. M and M charged me less than they estimated, and far less than different car repair sites estimated a local shop would cost. I got updates by phone and all the staff were incredibly friendly. I was lucky to have a friend drive me to and from the shop, but they offer rides to their clients. My wife has felt discriminated or marginalized at car shops in the past because of her gender, but this was not the case at all at M and M. The staff treated her in the same warm manner they did towards an older gentleman who appeared to be a friend and long-time customer. This shop's customer care and service is amazing. It is the first auto shop we have ever gone to that actually CHARGED ME LESS than the original quote! And get this: they did it right, the first time, on time and with almost no prep time. I simply cannot praise this great little auto shop enough. Thank you Mand M.
