While I did not use this provider for repair I appreciated his honesty. He told me what I needed and he then said get this $20 part and if you are capable with tools, etc do it yourself. It would have cost more to leave it with him to repair. So I went and bought the part and fixed the issue. I will definitely go back here if I have any future computer issues

My daughter's computer wasn't funtioning so we took it to Lubbock Computer, they fixed it very promptly and it was very affordable.

I have had great experiences both times. They've gotten my machine up and running quickly and the costs are reasonable. I would not hesitate to take my computer into them again if I run into problems.

I took it in one afternoon and explained the problems that I was encountering. The young man who received my computer was courteous. He said that they had a number of computers that had come in before mine, so it might take a couple of days for them to complete the work. They contacted me 2 days later to let me know that it was ready. When I picked it up, they explained to me the importance of having plenty of memory (I think that's what they said) to keep a computer functioning at top speed. I purchased more memory and have been extremely pleased with the results.
