In business since 1971. Our store is located at 2434 34th street, Lubbock Texas and we are open from 8am till 5:30pm Monday through Friday. We run five full service mobile units (Vans) and two safe servicing trucks. Over 65 new and used safes in stock.

Called first thing Monday morning. They could not get too it until Thursday. I have used them on my business and they come out fast. Guess the little guy is not worth their time. I called a smaller company and they came out that morning. Customer Service matters to me.

They did the job in about 15 minutes while I waited; were pleasant and professional, and the ignition works properly now. They also told me that I could have bought the part cheaper from them since they keep those things in stock. (I had bought the ignition cylinder online).

Since I have used them from the first time they are wonderful. I never have problems with any of the keys they make for me unlike other places I have gone to. It is like hit or miss with other companies but with them I have never had any problems with any keys. I have had them make copies of house locks, vehicle keys and pad locks and I have not had one yet which doesn't work. I have had a lot of keys made with them in the last 3 months. We have rental property and a RV and I made about 20 keys in the last 3 months and I have not had a problem with any of them not working. The cost depends on the kind of key. They did vehicle key and 3 different kinds of keys for my RV. I had house keys also made and I got 6 copies.
