Replied to our service call very quickly. When we decided to replace rather the cost of the repair, went to the store for a new refrigerator and had it delivered and installed by 1 p.m. Great service, great deal.

Prompt, knowledgeable

We'll use this service again -- they were superb. The technician (Dave) really knew his stuff. He immediately diagnosed the problem (water filter issue), ordered the replacement part, and set reasonable expectations for repair schedule. When he returned with the correct part, he took the time to discuss "best" refrigerators with us. He's earned our trust.

They called me right away to set up an appointment, very nice on the phone. They showed up right on time, determined that the ice maker might need to be replaced. The model of LG refrigerator that I had, no longer carried the ice maker. So he suggested the ice maker mold be cleaned, as it had lots of hard water deposits. He took it out and spent time cleaning it. Works perfect now, would highly recommend.

The ice maker was not broke but the line was frozen. All went well.

Joe was very professional and good to explain each thing he did. No mess left to cleanup. Only downside would be the price to clean dryer duct. Overall I would recommend them.
