It was okay. It wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst. Everybody was busy. It was a busy day for them I guess because I couldn't find anybody to help me that day. I like their prices.

The service was ok but we weren't very impressed with the contracted installers, they ordered the wrong door and then took forever to schedule us and were kind of rude when they installed it.

I purchased the Big Deal for a $20 gift card for $5 and ordered some things to be delivered. I first had issues with the web site, I had to go to the store to ask them. They were out of the item and they had to order it for me. They charged me $10 for shipping on an item that they did not have in the store. I feel that was unfair. They didn't even carry the item I needed in store at all, they told me I would have to order it online. I would not shop online anymore, just in store.

Lowe's was wonderful. They were great all the way around.

We ordered Stainmaster carpet and carpet pad from Lowe's. The carpet took about two weeks to come in. I did have to be a little persistent with the installer to set up a date to install the carpet. Once we had a date, he was an hour late and didn't call to tell me he was going to be late. However, once he arrived they got to work quickly. We had already cleaned out the rooms for the install so that was less prep work they had to do. The two bedrooms took about one hour and a half to complete and the work looked great. I did notice a couple nicks in the wall, but very minor and easily repairable with a little paint. We are very happy with our new carpet and we look forward to getting more for the rest of the house! We will go back to Lowe's for the carpet.
