LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD NURSERY

The wrong roses arrived three weeks late after paying for 3-day expedited delivery. When they arrived, the plants were damaged from being packed upside down in their shipping container. When I contacted LRN, they dismissed the difference in texture, color and leaf as the result of"from bring the plants in from the greenhouse." Once the plant bloomed, it was obvious to anyone that it was not what I ordered. LRN blamed it on the vendor that shipped the roses. LRN was just the middleman. I requested a refund and after dozens of phone calls and emails, the owner, Anne Johnson, has become non responsive. This is no way to run a business. Save your money for an honest, reputable nursery that won't rip you off.

I will not recommend Little Red for any type of landscaping work. Not only did this job drag on for months, during the summer of 2013, with repeated prodding from me, the so called "no care" native plants have died. Certain plants were substituted from the original approved drawing contributing to premature death and their trash was left all along the entire back fence in my alley. Poor overall execution of the entire project.
