Showroom was lovely. Salesman (Larry Leftwich himself) nice. Installers were hired guns (contractors) who showed up in unmarked trucks and t-shirts. Where was the Leftwich Chapman logo anywhere? I had no clue who these guys were.
They were undermanned and almost didn't finish in the promised time frame. They didn't do a great job putting tiles down with appropriate spacing or layer of glue. Glue has been oozing up in the cracks between tiles ever since. Also, their wooden border they put around the floor was amateurish. Will probably replace someday when the bitter taste of this project goes away.
IF you hire these guys, INSIST on the very best removal and installation crew for the job. I am sure we didn't get that.
