KRISTIN'S WHISKERS & PAWS

I have been taking my little Pom (Gizmo) to Kristin & Chris for about 10 yrs. now & wouldn't take him any where else. Their shop is always very clean & they are caring, loving & do a wonderful job with my baby. Gizmo & I thank you for your services!

It has been some time since I've used Kristin's, but for several years I took my cat, Katie, to be groomed every few months. Katie was a beautiful long-haired tabby. As she aged, her arthritis made it difficult for her to groom herself as she had when she was younger and a bit more spry. When she first began having difficulty, I simply asked them to bathe and brush her (using the furminator). Eventually, however, in order to keep her comfortable, I asked them to shave her. After a shave, Katie was full of vim and vigor and obviously enjoyed her shorter "bob." It seemed to bring out the kitten in her. They were always gentle and, although leaving home for any reason would stress her, she always returned renewed and revitalized. They are caring and responsible people, and they also expect the same from their customers. A fee is charged if a customer does not show up for a scheduled appointment and has not done them the courtesy of notifying them beforehand. This was not an issue for me; in fact, I felt even more confident in their work as I felt that it indicated they were serious about the service they provided.

The extra care Kristin and her crew takes with my dogs is well worth the money. I will continue to take both of them to her!!
