I always ask to see Dr. Priya Dahanukar. She is always very attentive, thorough, and concerned. I always get the sense that she genuinely cares about the animals that she is examining. At my last appointment she resolved my cat's limp with a combination of steroids, anti-inflammatories, and laser treatment. It was only 100$ and my cat improved the next day.

I saw great reviews for this clinic on Angie's List, so I thought I'd try it out. I'm new in town and my dog needed an annual exam. He's almost 13 and the vet ran through all potential issues I might see in the future due to old age. She was also able to trim his nails without much issue (he won't let me trim his nails) and she scheduled me for a dental for him within a few days. I'm looking forward to using Key Animal Clinic in the future.

Dr. D (Priya Dahanukar) at Key Clinic is the best cat vet I've found in Lubbock. Since 2010 I've brought her my tame cats as well as trapped ferals for neutering. She's a sharp, insightful doctor with a wide range of expertise and experience, including veterinary acupuncture (which is amazingly therapeutic) and trap-neuter-return in India!
I'm always won over by Dr. D's exceptionally caring devotion to cats. Her quiet, gentle, light-hearted manner is soothing both to cats and me, and she listens and communicates beautifully. I've never felt so comfortable talking with a vet about my concerns for my kitties. The other doctors and staff at Key Clinic are wonderful, but Dr. D is remarkable and dear to my heart!

After calling around to several vets in the area, this clinic offered the cheapest annual shots/exam than others - $75 per pet, and heartworm test included. They also offered a military discount, which made it even better! Provider was thorough and friendly. They offered competitive prices for Heartgard and Frontline, but I ended up going with a generic heart worm medication elsewhere. If I had stuck with the Heartgard brand, they definitely would have been the cheaper route. Fast, friendly, and courteous. Will definitely use this clinic in the future.

They were very attentive and they are very good with the animal. They answered all the questions I had.

It went good no problems and he was done on time and he is doing great now.

Their service are fairly priced. The doctors are really friendly and professional. They handle the animals with care. Overall, their service is good. The doctor is very experienced and very efficient. He does what is needed to be done.

After my dog was spayed poorly by another vet, I called Key and they were able to get us in the same day I called and worked with my schedule that day. They were very nice and my dog seemed to love everyone who worked there. They gave my dog a shot, oral antibiotics, and a treatment to bring down swelling. They were also great about giving us advice about dealing with her healing stitches and overall health. We will be taking her back whenever my dog needs to go to the vet!

We are satisfied with Key Animal Clinic. We have been using them for about 20 years. We never had any problems with them.

To go in for the regular checkup the dogs have to go there twice a year. They are very good to my pets. They seem to love my pets as much as I do. They explain things. They don't want to do things that are costly, but they still want to do things that make the pet better. All the vets in the office are very good at explaining the best cost effective treatment.

They have been in practice for a long time. I have known Dr. Keith for a long time. It is a very good place to go. Dr. Keith has some younger people working there in order to keep up the standard.

Great! they got me an appointment around my school schedule. My kitten was needing 2 surgeries at once. They put my mind at ease before the surgery. The only issue was they never called me after she got out of surgery! overall great!
