We had a rental home in Lubbock and needed to sell.  The property was in decent shape but needed some work (and we live out-of-state).  Since we had purchased the home using Keller Williams previously (and were very pleased), we went back for the sale but our agent had since left.  Jean took on the listing and helped manage the process from start to finish.  She had great contacts to help with paint, flooring and some minor repairs (e.g. a roofer fix an issue that came up in the inspection).  During our initial meeting with her, she was very helpful at identifying the particular things that we should be doing specifically for the Lubbock market to ensure a quick sale.  We did some of the work ourselves during a quick visit, but Jean was able to keep tabs on the remainder and get the property ready to sell.

In the end, Jean had recommended a sale price that was well above what we were seeing other properties listed on a $/SF basis but she indicated that it shouldn't be a problem if we did the work that we should do.  To our extremely happy surprise, the house showed very well and we received an offer within a week and closed the property in 30 days.  She effectively managed the process to close as well so we were able to do it all from a distance.

Carol listened to our wish list, explained the process thoroughly, and was with us every step of the way. From choosing properties to visit and giving us her professional feedback on each, to checking into certain properties a bit further, to dealing with sellers' agents we could trust her fully to act quickly, decisively, and in our best interest. When we hit bumps along the way - a seller's agent who backed out of the price and got a bit greedy, for example, Carol handled the setback with aplomb, and we did not get drawn into games or landed with an unnecessary financial burden. Once we had chosen a home, she worked with our lender and the seller's agent and title company to effect a quick and flawless closing. Carol and her assistant Ramona were efficient, effective, available and always ready to answer our questions. Carol made what could have been a stressful experience a fun and successful adventure.

We worked with Jean Moss of Keller Williams on this sale and she was very professional and efficient on all counts. In addition to selling the property Jean recommended and arranged for all local workmen to complete tasks (painting, plumbing, general repairs, roofing, carpeting, estate sale) on an as needed basis. All work was equally professional and timely. Jean's competence throughout the process was particularly reassuring as we reside in Oregon and everything was virtually at arms length. We would most certainly recommend Jean Moss to any party seeking a competent, informed, Realtor.

She was fantastic. She was good with communication, kept on top of things and let me know what was going on. The company has a thing that says life comes and stages your home with every listing you list with them. I think their pricing is market value. I would use Susan Scott again if needed.
