Our specialty is maintaining systems so that they perform as efficiently as possible. Our goal is to help your landscape look as good as possible, while using the least amount of water necessary. We also offer a Scheduled Maintenance Program. Please call for current rates and availability. Payment is due upon completion of work. There is a one year warranty on most repairs.

"Thanks for the kind words. Our goal is to apply the least amount of water and still keep the lawn healthy. We do our best to set the timer appropriately, but there are many factors that can affect the look of the lawn that are beyond our control. Some systems may need more or less depending on the weather, type of grass, mowing height, soil type, fertilization, insect and weed pressure, etc. Most controllers will need to be readjusted frequently unless it is a weather-based smart controller. Please give us a call any time there are questions about controller settings or if something doesn't look right."
"Thanks for the comments. Yes, on valve repairs, electrical problems, and those kinds of issues we do charge by the hour since we don't know ahead of time how long it will take. We do try to be fair and find and fix the problem as quickly as possible. We are able to charge a flat rate on many other items. Thanks again for allowing us to service your system."
