After installing the latch, he discovered a sensor was not working. He removed the latch. After discussing it with Tom, I decided to purchase a new dishwasher. He did not charge me for the latch. He made two trips to the house.

I called Hub City at 8:30am and they said someone could be at my home at 1:30pm that same day. Tom showed up slightly early and got right to work diagnosing the issue on the dryer. He was friendly and professional and showed me what he was doing, including the broken heating element. He had the part with him and put it on the dryer in a short time. I would use Hub City again.

He comes prompty and on time when he says he will. He does not look for expensive types of repairs. He tries first to fix the repair so you don't have large fees. I am happy with his services.
