o.We went to their showroom on 34th street and purchased carpet that was to be ordered. We were told approximately when the carpet would arrive. It did arrive before time and we were called to set up an appt. for installation. The installation was efficient and professional. This was our second purchase from this company. They still had our room measurements from 12 years ago and were extremely professional. We consider this our carpet store. Very pleased!
