To be concise, they walked off the job and disregarded the second contract while we were on vacation. We were promised a "crew" would come in and get the job done in a week. Two months later it was clear that the "crew" consisted of two painters, his cousin the carpenter and a handyman who got fired during the job. Often did not show up at all and much of the little work that was completed had to be torn out by the new contractor. The bath remodel was a mess - no hot water, pipes leaking, shower pan was not installed correctly. It was really a blessing that they left. We are considering legal action.
