If it is possible to give zero stars, I would do that. Jeremy Hart, very nice and polite until he gets you to sign up and then the abusive and dismissive Jeremy comes out. He moved my home to local storage in lubbock TX. paid him 15k. no haggling. he stored it at his "temperature controlled state of art warehouse" for $600 /mth for 19 months. After much cajoling finally got him to send my stuff to me in knoxville TN. As anticipated, things get broken and damaged. Damaged my dressers and sofa, mirrors, pictures, dining room set, and lost my hardware to put dinning room table, desk, chairs, and beds together. This was supposed to be a temperature controlled state of the art storage facility, where they left my suitcases lying around in open, boxes opened and hardware et al missing. My son went and checked on this. Then called Jeremy Hart, "not going to pay for hardware replacement and your poor furniture"

The entire experience was great. The packers were on time and worked very efficiently. The moving van arrived early and the driver was very pleasant and professional. The truck arrived in California as expected, the driver gave me 2 days notice of his arrival, the unloaders were pleasant, efficient and obviously very experienced.

They arrived during the time frame Sears set up. They were able to remove the old refrigerator, but the newer refrigerator was larger and the Daniel and Luis had to lift the refrigerator over the counter. The doors were removed from the new refrigerator before they lifted it over the counter. While in the process of lifting the refrigerator my floor was damaged. (The flooring is an old laminate that was damaged prior to purchase of our house and is in need of replacing so I did not report it to Hart). Once the refrigerator cleared the counter, Daniel asked for the water hose. I did not purchase a water hose so Daniel went to the truck and came back with the hardware to hook up the water. Once he started I remembered that we did not want the water/ice hookup. I paid $20 to keep the hardware in case we changed our minds later on. The refrigerator was set in place, the doors attached and they packed up to leave because they had 2 other deliveries and it was after 4:00 PM. I didn't have enough money on hand for their tip so I asked them to return for the tip and the money for the hardware after their deliveries. When they arrived after their deliveries I gave them $50 for the tip and hardware. That evening when I started removing the tape and cleaning the refrigerator I found the base grill had not been attached and the refrigerator kept moving when I opened it. I called Hart Moving and Storage and left a message. They returned my call but I didn't realize I had received a call until I checked my voice mail and by that time it was 11:00 PM. On Monday morning I called Hart again and they recorded the information and by mid-afternoon Daniel arrived and leveled the refrigerator and attached the grill base.

Great. Moving a loved one to a retirement home can be very emotional. They understood and were very patient. The time spent to prepare for the move to the actually day was worth the money alone. Jeremy and his team top-notch. I highly recommend Hart Moving and Storeage!

We shipped approximately 18,000 pounds of household goods from Lubbock, TX to Albuquerque, NM and I could not have asked for better service from Hart Moving and Storage of Lubbock, TX! The packers were very attentive to our belongs and packed everything very well and the driver, Rudy Hernandez, and his assistance, John Cerda, did an exceptional job at both ends of the move. They were professional and extremely meticulous in their job. They were very conscientious with our belonging and to the house at both ends. They made sure to protect the carpets with runners and protect the doorways with padding. If there was a score higher than an A+, they would receive it from us.

Excellent. Jeremy was responsive to my calls and came over on Saturday to discuss prices and expectations. I found the drivers and the packers to be very professional and hard workers!!! Most definately recommend to others!

The Sales Manager, Jeremy happened to drop by my home one day, as he noticed a "Sold" sign in my yard, on his way home from work. Jeremy was professional and complete in giving me an estimate to move all of my belongings across town. Our home sold very quickly, so I had very little lead-time to schedule movers. Hart Moving was able to come in 95% to the initial estimate, which was very satisfactory to us. They were prompt, professional, and very courteous. The entire crew was top-notch, and Jeremy delivered all that he promised. Moving is stressful and expensive, so it must be done right! Hart Moving did it right! Nothing was dmaged, and we happened to move on the coldest day I can remember in Lubbock. These guys were troopers!

Moving can be very stressful. Instead of trying to pack, load, unload and unpack ourselves like we have in the past, we decided to get the free estimate from Hart. We were surprised on how economical the move was! If we had taken a week off work we would have lost much more than the movers cost. Believe me, these guys are worth every penny! They are experts at moving and know how to navigate elevators, doorways, etc. Our experience was as stress free as possible. THANK YOU Hart Movers for making our move to a new home a great experience!

The service provided from Hart Moving and Storage was performed in the most excellent way. Every detail was seen to in the preparation of our furniture from the time we first contacted Hart to the very last piece was put in place. The furniture was not damaged and all of the work was completed in the time that 'we were told it would take to complete.

Hart Moving and Storage failed to deliver the furniture in the time frame they promised. We contacted the company several times before delivery. We were often told that someone would return our call. Calls were not returned. When we did reach someone, a person named Randy, he told us the furniture was in the warehouse, which it was not. Later, when we reached him again, he gave us a day and time of delivery. We actually from Dallas to Lubbock for delivery. Upon arrival in Lubbock, we again had problems reaching him and left many phone messages. On Saturday a.m. We finally reached him and were again given a time for delivery. We waited 8 hours. No one ever showed up and no one ever called. We contacted Pottery Barn whose records showed that delivery was not scheduled nor were records kept of conservations between us and Hart Moving and Storage which is a requirement by Pottery and Barn. Only after Pottery and Barn called them and complained, did the Company finally deliver the furniture 2 days later. When we tried to reach the owner of the company, Mr. Hart to let him know about his employee failing to contact us and failing to deliver furniture, Mr. Hart never called us nor acknowledge the problem. Hart Moving and Storage told Pottery Barn their trucks broke down and all of their cell phones went out at same time so that is why they never called us. We filed a complaint with BBB of Lubbock, as well as sent a letter about this problem to Mr. Hart to let him know about the problem, as well as a letter to Pottery Barn. Pottery Barn sent us a letter of apology. Hart Moving and Storage never acknowledged any of our calls or letters.
